معايير قبول الاستمارة:

يحق لجميع الشركات المسجلة في مملكة البحرين المشاركة في الجائزة، بشرط تقديم مبادرة أو مشروع يدعم قيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية والذي تم إطلاقه وتنفيذة من يناير 2024 وحتى هذا اليوم.

شروط عامة:

• الموعد النهائي لتقديم النماذج هو نهاية أغسطس 2025م.
• تحتفظ لجنة التحكيم والتقييم للمبادرة بحق عدم قبول النماذج التي لا تحتوي على المعلومات الصحيحة.
• تحتفظ لجنة التحكيم والتقييم بحق عدم قبول النماذج التي لا تحتوي على البيانات المطلوبة.
• تخلي لجنة التحكيم والتقييم مسؤوليتها عن تأخر أو عدم تسليم أي استمارة بسبب أي خلل فني أو سبب آخر.
• سيكون قرار لجنة التحكيم والتقييم نهائيا وغير قابل للمراجعة أو التفاوض.
• تحتفظ صحيفة البلاد بالحق الكامل في التصرف في المعلومات الواردة في الملخص التمهيدي وفي التصرف فيها واستخدامها في التقارير الإعلامية المصاحبة للمبادرة.

Form Acceptance Criteria :

All companies registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain are eligible to participate in the initiative, by submitting any initiative or project between January 2024 up today that supports the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) values.

General Conditions :

• The deadline for submitting the participation forms will be by end of August 2025.
• The judging and evaluation committee have the right to reject forms that does not contain accurate information.
• The judging and evaluation committee have the right to reject forms that does not include the required data.
• The judging and evaluation committee disclaims responsibility for any delay or failure in submitting any form due to any technical issues or any other reasons.
• The decision of the judging and evaluation committee is final and cannot be reviewed or negotiated.
• Albilad Press have the full right to use the information which provided in the preliminary summary and to use it in the media reports related to the initiative.
